Making A Purchase

You may buy online by following the checkout process or simply by calling our customer service orderline on 44 (0)844 800 9498.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch and Maestro. Items are charged either in £GPB or Euros depending on your location.

When your order is received, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided. This does not indicate that a contract exists between us. The order placed is an offer to purchase, no contract exists between us until the goods are delivered to the address provided. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing or we are no longer able to supply a particular product. We will do our best to inform you of any issues with your order as soon as possible.

Shipping And Handling

Orders are sent via DHL couriers, a tracking number will be obtained to ensure secure delivery of your package. A signature will be required upon delivery, if no-one is available to accept the package, a card will be left to notify you and DHL should reattempt the next working day.

UK Delivery - £7.95

Orders for delivery within the UK aim to arrive within 5 working days.

International Delivery - £20.00

For orders worldwide please allow 10 working days.

Tax Charges

For orders made from within the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included. Local import duties may be payable on deliveries.

Returns & Exchanges

Goods must be returned unworn with all tags attached within 14 days of receipt. We are happy to offer an exchange for any available items, any difference in value will be charged/refunded to the original payment method. Any refund required will be processed within 14 days of receipt and will be applied to the value of returned goods on to the original payment method.
